Her enthusiasm for her position at Connelly Law Offices is evident in her strong rapport with colleagues. “My goal is to help as many people in the office as I can and make their job as easy as possible throughout the day,” she states, reflecting her commitment to promoting a collaborative atmosphere. In her role as office manager, Jenn does not see herself as superior to anyone in the organization. She insists, “We are all interchangeable cogs in a wheel. If someone is not here, I need you to be able to pick up and work for anybody and the other way around.”

Jenn aims to instill in her staff the confidence and capacity to step into various roles as needed, emphasizing that this adaptability is essential for a cohesive work environment. “That’s one of my goals as an office manager,” she adds. Client satisfaction is another cornerstone of Jenn’s philosophy. “When it comes to that, I am unyielding,” she declares.
